With the software product you acquire from us, you’d be automatically enrolled in our iCARE Programme – at no additional cost. This programme is designed to ensure the benefits of the product you get from
us far exceed the cost of acquiring it. We aim to protect the value of your software
assets and enhance your sense of security when you shop with us.
The iCARE Programme comprises:
- Guaranteed Buy-Back*.
If you choose
to sell unneeded software products you acquired from us (that are
transferable) within the next 3
years, we’d buy them back from you at a price no less than 15% of the
amount you’ve invested today, and as high as 50% for popular titles. Learn more here.
- Return Policy. If you’ve bought a product from
us on impulse and believe you absolutely don’t require it, return it to us within 5 days for
a full refund. Note that the condition of a retail pack you’re returning has to be unused and
in its original condition, so that we may still have use for it. Further, a number of software
publishers allow volume licence purchases to be annulled, so do check with us.
- Damaged Product Replacement. If you discover
that the software product you acquire from us is physically defective, simply bring it back
within 30 days for a replacement.
- Technical Support. If you face challenges with
installing or registering your software, we’re here to help. If your problem is too advanced
for us to handle, we would refer you to an expert who can.
- Technology Protection Guarantee*. Unlike computer
hardware or peripherals, many software products come with a time-limited free upgrade offer.
So, if you acquire a software product from us and soon afterwards a newer version is launched,
we’d ensure you obtain the free upgrade you deserve.
